Hey guys, it's George, This morning we had the family consultation. Everything went fine. Dr. McDonald gave the diagnosis/prognosis and answered many of Sam's questions. I went to PT with Sam and I must say they work him pretty hard. Due to some recent breathing issues, Dr. Z gave Sam another broncoscopy. I happy to report that Sam is breathing good and with any luck will be able to talk with everyone visiting this weekend. Due to some high fevers, Sam has gotten a little behind on reading the comments but plans on replying to some of them in the next couple of days. Sam says "thanks for giving me hell about having new wheels". (he's helping me make this post). He also says that they gave him his keys but he has to have two carts following him. He gets around really well. Happy Bday Dustin. Peace and love for Mander. Talk to you guys soon.
Lots of love,
Sam, George, and Lan

Sam, George, etc:
Whether you like it or not, I'm stopping by the hospital Sunday in the early afternoon. If it's a problem, let me know, but if I don't hear from anyone before then, I'm bringing my happy white butt there.
SO glad to hear you're doing better, kiddo.
Love you,
Janis

Good Morning Sam,
So glad you're feeling better! Well, you have completely captivated Perry Ann with your 'savwhafare'. ( now I forget, am i supposed to beware of the wolf or the sheep?-) She was also bragging on how hard you were working in PT and progressing at a record rate. She must have been taking notes whenever Gillian or I talked about you cause she said she was sending you our love with a dash of Special Sauce-

George, You are the best brother in the world! It touches my heart to read your words. Oh,and what's your bedtime these days, huh? you may just need some power naps at work.
Also, would you let me know who to contact about silent auction?- we wanted to donate a weekend at the beach and I bet some other folks in Lumpkin would like to donate stuff as well so it would be great if someone would post info. They auctioned a homemade caramel cake for a $100 at the fish fry for Gandlin and you know the best ones are here in Lumpkin and Louvale.
Hope you have a lucky Friday 13th eve...we love you

Yes. I'd like to know more, also. I read on The Loft myspace page that Weds., 10/25 is a benefit open mic/concert for Sam. Is that somehow related to the auction? If so, I'll donate a three-hour location recording session. $240 value.

Thanks,
Dennis
