Sorry for the late post from the 2nd. Sam was off of the ventilator for 12 hours on Monday. The doctor will have him off for more time today. Also, he is speaking through a device in his treac. It is much easier to communicate.

You're absolutely amazing & have never ceased to suprise me. I apologize for not keeping in touch, but life tends to run in bizarre circles. It's fascinating how some people continue to periodically resurface in your life, for whatever reasons. You're blessed to have so many caring friends & not to mention family. I still hold on to the great memories you've helped to create. Stay strong & don't hesitate to lean on the shoulders that everyone is offering when needed.
